Product Overview
The TrueCare Ultra High-Speed Check Weigher (TCW-100HH and TCW-150HH) is built for the fastest packaging lines, where standard checkweighers become the bottleneck. It weighs products from 2 to 300 g at up to 450 pcs/min with belt speeds of 120 m/min, keeping pace with high-speed flow wrappers, cartoners and pouch machines. Advanced load-cell filtering keeps readings stable at full speed, and a fast pusher or air-jet rejector removes off-weight packs without slowing the line. Built in SUS304 stainless steel with a quick-release belt for GMP and HACCP hygiene, it suits high-volume pharmaceutical, dairy, confectionery and FMCG lines.
