• Machine Description: 

The Manual Tablet Inspection Belt is a cGMP-compliant, compact, and ergonomically designed machine used for manual visual inspection of tablets and capsules. It features two separate inspection stations allowing operators to inspect both sides of each tablet for defects.

At the first inspection station, operators inspect the top surface of the tablet. The conveyor system then gently flips the tablet using a mechanical flipping mechanism, allowing the bottom side to be inspected at the second station.

Each operator is equipped with a vacuum-assisted rejection pipe, allowing immediate and hygienic removal of defective tablets without touching the product or stopping the conveyor. This ensures clean and efficient operation in compliance with pharmaceutical standards.
