- Broken Tablets: Identifies and rejects any tablets that are fractured or compromised.
- Chipped Tablets: Detects tablets with chipped or damaged edges.
- Color Variations: Monitors for inconsistencies in tablet or capsule color, ensuring uniformity.
- Size Variations: Measures and flags any discrepancies in tablet or capsule size.
Upon detecting a defect, the system promptly sends a signal to the control system to reject the affected blister, safeguarding product quality and compliance.
